The Steve Jobs Trick: How to Make Your Story Unforgettable

Stories sell. Stories connect. But not every story sticks. Steve Jobs used one trick to make Apple’s story unforgettable—and so can you.

The 3-Part Storytelling Framework:

  1. The Struggle
Start with pain. Talk about a failure, a frustration, or a flaw.
    Example: “I failed 3 startups back-to-back.”
  2. The Turning Point
What shifted? A realization? A mentor? A mistake?
Example: “Then I discovered the power of product-market fit.”
  3. The Lesson/Result
What did you do next—and how can it help others?
Example: “Now, I teach founders how to validate before building.”

Bonus: Use visuals. People remember images 6x more than plain text.

Your story isn’t just content. It’s your brand foundation.
